Madam, Mental health is defined as a state of mental well-being that enables people to cope with the stresses life, realise their potential, learn and work well, contribute community whole. (1) A recently published study in journal Aging (2), revealed can be more deteriorating than smoking. The researchers used an ageing clock measure how it impacted pace aging 12,000 Chinese adults. Statistics have 14 million Pakistanis suffer from some sort psychiatric illness majority these believe are caused supernatural forces such spirit possession etc. This mainly due lack awareness shortage professionals. (4) modern showing faster eye-opener alarm for our society where we now do stress upon hazardous effects smoking, also need equally emphasize working on Health mass scales utilising media, policies, care programmes. An emphasis considering serious professional consultation. Along keeping balanced spending quality time family friends, ease interaction needed ensure population doesn’t fall prey cost them whole life.
